Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms apply to the ChatGPT plugins published by Piotr Kowalczyk (Poland) ("we", "us") and listed at https://plugins.util9.com. By using a plugin you accept these terms.
The service
The plugins are free tools that look up data in official public sources or calculate results offline, such as validating VAT numbers, checking Polish companies, finding official exchange rates, counting business days and generating invoice PDFs. They are provided "as is" and "as available".
Not tax, legal or financial advice
The plugins give information, not advice. Nothing they return is tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Decisions you make based on the results are your own; consult a qualified adviser when it matters.
Data from public registries
Results come from official sources such as VIES, the Polish Ministry of Finance "White List", the National Court Register (KRS), NBP and the ECB. These sources can be unavailable, delayed or out of date, and we do not change what they return. Before you rely on an important result, for example before paying an invoice or deducting VAT, confirm it directly with the source.
Generated documents
Invoice PDFs are created from the data you provide. You are responsible for checking them and for meeting your own invoicing obligations, including e-invoicing in the Polish KSeF system where it applies. Download links stop working after 24 hours.
No warranty and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the plugins or their results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
Fair use
Use the plugins at a reasonable volume for your own work. Do not use them for automated bulk querying, to rebuild the registries, or in a way that disrupts the service or the public sources behind it. We may limit or block traffic that looks abusive. The public sources also apply their own limits.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any plugin at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Poland, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
